İnnomek Makine İmalat Sanayi ve Ticaret (“innomek”) acts as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
This notice explains why we process the personal data you submit through our website, with whom it may be shared and what rights you have.
Contact and quote forms: full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and message content.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, on-site navigation records (only via analytics cookies, if you consented).
Responding to your requests, sending quotations and product datasheets, providing after-sales support.
Improving our products and services, measuring and improving site performance.
Fulfilling our legal obligations and providing evidence in potential disputes.
Your data is processed where it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, on the basis of our legitimate interest and legal obligations, and where required, on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5).
Your data may be shared with our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers and with authorised public authorities, limited to the purposes above and in compliance with applicable law.
We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Request records are kept for the duration of the business relationship and statutory retention periods; analytics records for a maximum of 24 months. Afterwards data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Under KVKK art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damages.
